Although we all love getting outdoors to cycle or run, please follow the government advice and stick to shorter circular routes from home – either with another person from your household or on your own.

Even better, and if you have the equipment at home, please try to cycle or run indoors wherever you can to keep your body moving and to stimulate the brain.

Avoiding the roads is not necessarily about spreading Coronavirus – it is to reduce the potential for accidents and collisions that take up precious emergency resources – or requiring help if you have an injury or mechanical difficulty while out and about.
