It is important to keep yourself motivated during the current global pandemic, not just physically but mentally too. HUUB presents a live Performance Mindset Masterclass with leading Performance Psychologist, Tom Bates, and Performance Mindset Coach / Olympian, Jack Burnell.
The session will help provide the power and motivation to commit to actions on a daily basis, even if and especially when things get tough. Tom and Jack will also help you to equip yourself with psychological weaponry - strategies you can implement along your journey to success, to help you when you inescapably come under fire from the difficulties life throws your way.
Join us at 5 pm BST on Friday 10th April (Good Friday), live on Instagram and then watch on Facebook at 6 pm. If you can spare five minutes to have a look at some of the tasks and print out our Task Book, it will help you get the most out of the live session. If not, bring a pen and paper, and we'll see you there...
