Support Leigh Timmis the Ultra Cyclist and world record holder on his attempt to breaking the 7 day Cycling record by helping raise much needed funds for MQ mental health research.
He will be cycling a massive 2300 miles over 7 days, he would like you to Cycle, Run, walk, or any other physical activity on seven separate days, to get fit and do your bit for Mental health research.
It’s as simple as that! Joining our Facebook community of fundraisers we can support each other throughout our chosen challenges. You can post updates on your challenge on our Facebook group and ask fellow participants for advice – we are all in this together.

This is about your 7 days of activity, since the mental health awareness week theme is Loneliness, instead of doing your 7 days on your own why not do it with others or even organise something bigger! Post your activity ideas on our Facebook Group and encourage others to join you or do the same.
Whatever you do make sure you are wearing your 7 Days of Smiles Top when you do it.
How do I raise money?
In buying the 7 days of Smiles apparel we will make a donation for each one that is sold to MQ. However feel free to do more. You can either make a donation by clicking here. Or start your own fundraising page by here
