Originally designed exclusively for HUUB by NYC artist Jon Contino back in 2016, the brand has decided that the bold triathlon themed t-shirts were classics that needed to be re-released.
HUUB’s original brief was a t-shirt line with character, one that possessed an artists personality from outside the industry. Jon Contino is an influential staple in the design and branding community having produced award-winning work for household names including Nike, Coca-Cola, and 20th Century Fox and has received some of the industry’s most prestigious honours. His designs are pretty hotly sought after, so HUUB were thrilled when he kindly accepted their commission for a series of prints that give a little extra flavour to HUUB and the sport of triathlon.
HUUB’s CEO, Dean Jackson, commented, “Five years later we thought... We are home again, protecting our families and those around us, we are not working in uniforms, smart dress, or corporate wear…. And there is nothing better than a comfortable T-Shirt to represent our new working uniform and our passion for triathlon. These T-Shirts are easily the best thing to come out of this year so far!”
