Once you have enrolled (it's free) and set your goals, you can track your progress however you like... Whether you use a downloadable tracker (we'll send one in your challenge pack a couple of days before the start date), Strava or your activity-tracking device to stay accountable and keep on track.

SETTING YOUR GOALS:
Consider what your fitness, training or wellbeing goals are. You can have one big goal or break big goals down into smaller, achievable goals. Start with why (if you know why you are doing something, you're more likely to keep doing it), then clearly define your goal and get specific. Think about the what, when, where, why, and how. All goals should be challenging, but they must also be achievable. Make sure goals are realistic, considering your lifestyle and available time.
