WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

Our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. If you only wish to order 2 to 9 pieces HUUB Custom is still an option, however there will be an extra charge if you do no meet the minimum quantity of 10.



DOES THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY OF 10 HAVE TO BE ALL THE SAME PRODUCT?

Yes, the minimum order quantity does apply to a single style product and design, but this can be a mix of sizes and/or men’s and women’s fits.



WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME?

From sign off of final artwork and payment of your deposit, delivery is guaranteed within 12 weeks. If we don’t deliver on time, you don’t have to pay your balance!



IS THERE A SET-UP OR DESIGN FEE?

No, there are no set-up or design fees applied.



ARE THERE SEPARATE MEN’S AND WOMEN’S RANGES, OR ARE MEN’S AND WOMEN’S VERSIONS AVAILABLE IN ALL PRODUCTS?

Yes, all of our products are available in both cuts and sizes specific to men and women. We have also developed and tested the specific male and female chamois for our cycling kits.



WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?

Our sizes are XS | S | M | L | XL | XXL | XXXL – for both men’s and women’s options.



IS THE ENTIRE HUUB PRODUCT RANGE FULLY CUSTOMISABLE, OR DOES IT ONLY APPLY TO A SELECT AND LIMITED RANGE OF PRODUCTS?

We have a comprehensive range of customisable cycle wear, including our Short Sleeve Jerseys, Bib Shorts, Bib Tights, Long Sleeve Thermal Jerseys, All Elements Jacket, Elements Gilet and a few cycle accessories too. We also offer HUUB Custom triathlon kit.



DO WE INCUR ANY SHIPPING COSTS?

UK mainland shipping is £15, UK non mainland shipping is £20, and international shipping is £30.



CAN CUSTOM ITEMS BE RETURNED?

No we are afraid not, custom items are non-returnable if you change your mind or order the wrong size, but they do come with a complete 3 month warranty.



DOES IT GET CHEAPER THE MORE YOU ORDER?

Our pricing structure is very competitive and for larger orders you can expect to see lower prices.



HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Once you have a minimum order quantity finalised, please enquire for our pricing structure. Price include VAT.



WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESS?

Confirm the minimum order quantities and sizes, finalise your kit design, approve and pay your deposit, and 8 weeks later your custom gear will be with you. Delivery is guaranteed, and if we don’t deliver on time, you don’t have to pay your balance!



WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once the artwork is signed off and the deposit is paid, your order is placed with the factory. If you cancel your order after this point we will be unable to return your non refundable deposit.



WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU WANT MORE PIECES AFTER YOUR FIRST ORDER? FOR EXAMPLE, IF WE HAVE A NEW PERSON JOIN THE TEAM
BUT ONLY NEED TWO MORE PIECES.

Once the first order has been delivered, if you want additional pieces of the same products you have already received, minimum quantities are reduced. Further details of this will be included on your order form.



HOW DO WE GET THE RIGHT SIZES?

All size charts can be sent to you or are available via our website. Chargeable samples are also available on request.



IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER SAMPLES TO HELP WITH SIZING SELECTION AND FIT?

Yes, but there is a refundable deposit for sizing samples. If the samples are returned in perfect condition, we will refund your deposit.



WHEN DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR THE ORDER?

A 50% deposit is due upon placement of your order, and the remaining 50% balance payment is due before delivery.
