Increase the load on the shoulders!

These are fantastic! They increase the load on the shoulders, working them much harder and naturally really helping improve strength. Your form needs to be very good, however, as the paddles will slide off if you don't keep them level in the water. I swim 3.8 k open water every Sunday with them and although I can feel my shoulders early in the swim, I wouldn't swim without them now.

Brilliant paddles!

These paddles are fantastic got them for myself and local swimming club guys in small and medium and we are just delighted!! Would definitely recommend and at buy a pair get a pair free they were fantastic value for money as well !

Good set of paddles

A very useful selection of 3 sizes of paddles. Not been able to use them yet but am expecting them to be good.
