How Do I Return an Item?

Germany

We now offer a Germany-based returns service with German-speaking customer support. To arrange a return or exchange, please complete the returns form above.

United Kingdom

  1. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above.
  2. Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing return shipping instructions.

What Items Are Returnable?

We can only accept products purchased directly from us.

You may return items for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

If a product develops a fault after the 15-day return period but remains within its warranty period, we will assess the item and, where applicable, repair or replace it.


Defects & Warranty Claims

We take genuine product defects seriously and are committed to helping our customers wherever possible. However, some damage can occur through normal use, incorrect handling, or accidental damage rather than a manufacturing fault.

As athletes ourselves, we understand that wetsuits and performance equipment are often used in demanding conditions. For example, damage can sometimes occur when putting on or removing a wetsuit too quickly or with excessive force.

If you're unsure whether your issue is covered under warranty, please contact us. We will assess each case fairly and advise on the best solution.

Where repairs are required outside of warranty coverage, we can arrange professional repairs through our specialist repair partners. In these cases, customers will be charged the repair cost plus any applicable shipping charges.


What Is Not Covered Under Warranty?

The following are not considered warranty issues:

Neoprene Tears

All wetsuits are thoroughly inspected before dispatch and are shipped free from tears or damage. Tears in neoprene are typically caused by excessive force when putting on or removing the suit.

We recommend using Black Witch neoprene adhesive for minor repairs. Alternatively, we can arrange a professional repair at the customer's expense.

Staining or Discolouration

Damage or staining caused by sun creams, tanning products, or similar substances is not covered under warranty. Certain products, such as P20 and similar brands, are known to cause staining.

Material Degradation

Wear or degradation of fabrics, neoprene, foam, rubber, plastics, threads, or other materials caused by:

  • Pool chemicals
  • Salt water
  • UV exposure
  • Environmental conditions
  • Improper storage

is not covered under warranty.

Unauthorised Modifications

Any alterations, repairs, or modifications not carried out or authorised by HUUB will void the warranty.

Normal Wear and Tear

General wear and tear resulting from regular use is not covered.

Heat Damage

Damage to welded seams, hems, or materials caused by tumble dryers, excessive heat, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight is not covered. Please follow all care and washing instructions carefully.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs associated with international orders are not covered under warranty.


Refund Charges

A £2.99 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.


Refund Processing Times

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Credit notes are issued immediately.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • A £2.99 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be returned within the approved return period.

Please note:

  • All neoprene products are fully inspected before dispatch.
  • We cannot accept returns on wetsuits that have been damaged during fitting or trying on.

Exchanges

United Kingdom Only

We do not charge for customers to return items for exchange. However, customers are responsible for the postage cost of sending the replacement item.


Buy One Get One Free & Promotional Offers

Where an order includes free promotional items (for example, Buy One Get One Free, 3 for 2, or free gifts with purchase), all promotional items must be returned if you wish to receive a full refund.

If a free item is not returned, the value of that item may be deducted from your refund.

Free promotional items form part of the original transaction and are not eligible for a standalone refund. However, both purchased and promotional items may be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.

You may still return all qualifying items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, subject to the terms of this policy.
