We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team and provide outstanding support to customers across the USA market.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and delivering a great customer experience — with working hours that suit an afternoon/evening schedule.
What you’ll be doing
- Responding to customer enquiries by email and via our “live chat” function
- Supporting customers primarily across the USA but also the rest of the world with queries relating to their potential or existing online orders
- Resolving issues quickly, professionally and with a positive attitude.
- Providing accurate information and practical solutions.
- Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring they feel valued.
- Recording customer interactions and keeping information up to date.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey and that anything that needs to be dealt with the next day is handles smoothly and efficiently
What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A friendly, patient and professional approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using computers and customer service systems.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work afternoons and evenings to support USA business hours.
- Previous customer service experience is desirable, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
