Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Returns, Exchanges and Warranty Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made directly from HUUB. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

HUUB reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any refund, exchange, repair, or warranty claim.


2. Returns Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

HUUB reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

A £2.99 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days from the date the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.


4. Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange within the applicable return period.

For UK customers, HUUB will provide a return service for exchange items; however, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Return Shipping

HUUB accepts returns and exchanges only for products purchased directly from HUUB.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned products are adequately packaged. HUUB accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.


6. Wetsuit Returns

All neoprene products and wetsuits are fully inspected prior to dispatch.

HUUB cannot accept returns, refunds, or warranty claims for wetsuits damaged during fitting, use, removal, or handling by the customer.

Customers should take care when putting on and removing wetsuits, as excessive force may cause damage that is not covered under warranty.


7. Warranty Coverage

Where a product develops a manufacturing defect within the applicable warranty period, HUUB may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product;
  • Replace the product; or
  • Provide an alternative remedy deemed appropriate.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.


8. Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty:

8.1 Accidental Damage

Including, but not limited to:

  • Tears, cuts, punctures, or abrasions in neoprene.
  • Damage caused during fitting or removal of the product.
  • Damage caused by excessive force, misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

8.2 Staining and Discolouration

Damage, staining, or discolouration caused by sunscreen products, tanning lotions, chemicals, cosmetics, or similar substances.

8.3 Environmental Damage

Degradation, deterioration, or delamination of materials caused by:

  • Pool chemicals;
  • Chlorine exposure;
  • Salt water;
  • UV exposure;
  • Heat exposure;
  • Environmental conditions;
  • Improper storage.

8.4 Heat Damage

Damage caused by tumble dryers, radiators, excessive heat, prolonged sun exposure, or failure to follow product care instructions.

8.5 Unauthorised Modifications

Repairs, alterations, modifications, or customisations performed by anyone other than HUUB or an authorised repair partner.

8.6 Normal Wear and Tear

General wear and tear resulting from normal use, ageing, or expected product lifespan.

8.7 Shipping Costs

International shipping charges and any associated customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


9. Out-of-Warranty Repairs

Where damage falls outside warranty coverage, HUUB may offer a repair service.

Customers will be responsible for:

  • The full repair cost charged by the repair provider; and
  • All associated shipping and transportation costs.

10. Promotional Offers

For promotions that include free products, gifts, "Buy One Get One Free" offers, "3 for 2" offers, or similar promotions:

  • All promotional items must be returned in order to receive a full refund.
  • If promotional items are not returned, HUUB reserves the right to deduct their value from any refund issued.
  • Free promotional items cannot be refunded separately from the qualifying purchase.

Items obtained through a promotion may be exchanged for items of equal or lower value, subject to availability.


11. Warranty Periods

The following warranty periods apply from the date of purchase:

12. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection legislation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
