We tested a wide range of advanced fabrics—seeking those that could disrupt airflow just enough to reduce drag, without costing precious energy. Using detailed CFD analysis of real triathlete positions, we carefully studied how different materials and panel placements performed in the real world—not just in theory.

From the start, one fabric consistently outperformed the rest. So we built around it—refining every seam, every panel, every detail. We tested at race speeds (35kph to 55kph) in the world-class Derby Arena velodrome, using a cutting-edge aerodynamic setup and a diverse group of athletes.
