CUSTOM LABS

HUUB already produces the fastest kit in triathlon and cycling, but sometimes you need something a bit special – a custom design, aerodynamics, or something specifically for the temperature you are racing. Custom Labs enables you to produce a bespoke Tri Suit or Skin Suit and maximise your race day potential

MAXIMISE YOUR POTENTIAL

HUUB's fabric matrix, created from hours of testing in wind tunnels and on the track, including the Silverstone Sports Engineering Hub, is arguably the most comprehensive in the industry. From working with the likes of Dan Bigham, Wattshop and other aerodynamic and thermodynamic experts over the last ten years, the Custom Labs team can help refine your fabric choice in suits to help you maximise your performance.

You can come to the HUUB HQ in Derby to be fully tailored for your performance clothing, or we can do it all virtually using our 25-point measurement guide.

CONSULTATION

One of the Custom Labs team will be in touch to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have.

MEASUREMENT

You will be provided with the 25-point measurement guide or offered an in person or online appointment to get the measurements for your suit.

SPECIFICATION

You will get your recommendations for suit build up and specs based on your requirements and needs from the suit.

DESIGN

HUUB's in-house design team will contact you to discuss what you want your suit to look like.

PRODUCTION

The Custom Labs team will make the suit, and you will be invited to a fitting or sent a prototype depending on the level of the Custom Lab package selected.

CONFIRMATION

You will be offered product confirmation via aero testing with Wattshop. Once happy, the final suit will be made for collection or delivery.

 

LEVEL TWO | £1500

    • Using the 25-point measurement guide, you will provide the Custom Labs team with your unique sizing for your suit.
    • You will provide the Custom Labs design team with a brief, and they will produce some concepts for you to feedback on.
    • The Custom Labs team will discuss your race and suit requirements so that the correct fabrics can be used in your suit construction.
    • Once fabric selection and artwork are confirmed, your suit will be made in 2-4 weeks.
